« Pierce’s Palace Hotel. Buffalo, NY. (1877-1880) Located at the corner of Prospect and Porter Ave., the place was half hotel, half hospital. Selling points included Russian/Turkish baths, a billiards room, and bowling alley. It was destroyed in a fire. This site is now occupied by D’Youville College.
