Extension and refurbishment of a Victorian terraced house containing a new kitchen opening up to a small garden in Highbury, North London, UK [2000×1335]
I live in london and I am currently looking for property. This is really one of the nicest because of the clean lines and simplicity/minimalism.
Can I ask how much it cost – and where you got kitchen from.
This is really gorgeous. Congrats. Am sure you will enjoy the renovations and garden particularly with summer coming up

It looks great.
Besides that, out of curiosity, is there a regulation for the percentage of plot area that you have to keep as outdoors space? (without any permanent buildings).
