Either an archive or an old cold-storage facility. If itβs near freight rail tracks, the likelihood of it being an old cold-storage warehouse increases dramatically.

Clearly it’s a minecraft build but they aren’t done yet :p
It looks like someone’s used three ore and two grain to upgrade their settlement to a city, -they’ll be able to collect twice as many resources from the adjacent terrain hexes when they’re rolled now.

The really tried to [make it appealing](https://www.architectural-review.com/pictures/980x653fitpad%5B31%5D/3/6/7/1372367_O_O_SLIDESHOW_5.jpg) despite the need to block out light from the archive.
