Pretty much my favorite architecture firm for aesthetics but it I bet it’s cold inside.

I love the roof overhangs. Sit outside in the pouring rain and enjoy the day. Drink your coffee and get some fresh air. Listen to the rain fall on the metal roof. Nice ship lap siding, enjoy the different colors and textures. I’m going to guess hydronic heated floors? Nice and comfy wherever you put your feet. Does anyone know the seismic rating for that part of the San Juans?
