I can’t tell if that tree is normal sized and it’s about a barbie houses’ size or if it’s a regular house and that’s a giant freaking tree

Anyone know how these houses change as the trees grow? I guess you’d probably have to widen the holes at some point so that the tree doesn’t get constricted.
Also, I’m sure no one would insure that home. Is it even possible?
