    Considering how the grain runs through trees, this staircase must be incredibly fragile and prone to failure.

    Carving such a thing would give me insane anxiety 😂

    There’s a big difference from a staircase assembled from pieces of wood carved from one tree, and a staircase carved directly from one tree. This is the former.
