that’s the Murray hotel! I stayed there over Thanksgiving. It used to be an office building but was converted to a hotel. The first two floors (not visible) used to be a parking garage but now is a lobby/restaurant area with beautiful arches creating a nice curb appeal. The rooms are all oriented at 45 degree angle so that the window (which as you can see is 45 degree angled from the facade) appears to be at right angles to the room wall.
