    I have vague memories of this building from when I was a kid and went up to OKC with my best friend for the OKC arts festival. This image brought a lot of that back and definitely sad to hear that it went.

    Johansen also designed the Mechanic Theater in Baltimore, built in 1967 and demolished in 2014 to make way for an unbuilt development.

    I spent my adult life in Oklahoma City and saw The Glass Menagerie here several years ago. I cried when they tore this wonderfully interesting building down and again every time I passed the site until I moved to England three years ago.

    TBF, the building was heavily damaged in a storm/flood, which was the nail in its coffin.
