The Tegler Building in Edmonton, Alberta. The largest office building in western Canada upon completion in 1912, by the 70s it was seen as outdated and was subsequently demolished in 1982, with plans to be replaced by an office tower. Instead a shorter bank took its place (itself demolished in 2018)
