The Old Town Hall in Prague, Czechia. The Gothic Revival eastern wing of the Town Hall was destroyed during the Prague Uprising on May 8, 1945 and was never rebuilt.
It appears to me that the pink facade next to the tower is the last remaining piece of the building.

That’s not even the original Old Town Hall. [This is how it looked around 1780](https://blogadmin.idnes.cz/blog/19336/352280/Kaple1.jpg). The Neo-Gothic Building replaced the original one due to the need for more space for archives, administration etc. Unfortunately, since the archive was here, [it was completely destroyed during the Uprising](http://u.smedata.sk/blogidnes/article/1/45/457821/457821_article_photo_hvaj0rj_900x.jpeg?r=05a), with House deeds and documents dating back to the founding of Old Town in the 1230s being lost to the fire. The fire itself was intentionally started by the Nazis, who also set all the buildings surrounding the square on fire with fire grenades to intentionally destroy the city center. The National Museum in Vaclavske Namesti was also scheduled to be detonated by the Nazis, but the Uprising happened too early for them to set all the charges to detonate (Scheduled to be May 11th.) All this, even though Prague was Proclaimed an [Open City](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open_city).

The other ‘lost architecture’ (though not destroyed) is the view of the Tyn church that is partially obscured blocked by a newer building that was placed directly in front of it. A school house if I’m not mistaken.
