New Yorkers, how do you feel about this building? I’m a frequent visitor to your fair city and think it’s quite striking and fun to walk through, but many of you call it a boondoggle because of its huge price tag. It has been argued that spending $1.4 billion on a fancy new station could have been used far more effectively to fund crucial subway repairs and safety upgrades.
