The apartments at 51-55 State St., Springfield, Mass., ca. 1890. Razed ca. 1958 and replaced by an office building which for some reason was not demolished to make way for the MGM Springfield Hotel & Casino. It currently sits vacant, still showing signs of damage from a 2011 tornado.

Lost New England blog post about these buildings.
Google Street View showing how out of place it is adjacent to the casino. Given the looming mass of the brutalist courthouse across the street, this location would be better off open, in my opinion, as a small park or additional parking.
