    It’s probably just me, but whenever I walk by there I think to myself if the architects have made a tongue-in-cheek allusion to cruise ship design. The building lies on the banks of the town’s main river that can’t accommodate large vessels but continues to be marketed as a waterfront holiday dream spot.
