Add in a small window for food and you have the prison from the TV show (and book) "YOU".

That looks completely pointless. It doesn’t provide any privacy, it barely muffles sound due to the lack of a door, and the room would look better without it.

Nicely done. Really like the use of glazing for the kitchen, too.
Stairs are striking, but for some reason make me think of the ’80s.

In awe of those custom made white tiles in the bathroom.

The apartment makes for great photos, but I’m impressed a space that empty can look that cluttered already.

Worst Zoom calls ever.

Not really a study as much as a meeting room or reading room. There is no desk. Still, it’s definitely the best feature of the house, an original solution to carve out space without feeling too cramped. I suspect most people would eventually end up with some more privacy-granting solutions like thin curtains or blinds, though, particularly if it’s used for private meetings.
The staircase is gimmicky and I bet pretty clangy and noisy in actual use. The bathroom basins look unpractical. I think the novelty of this type of design would wear out fast.

The molding in the top left is ugly in front of the corner.
