volvbro says [Source and information about the Courthouse](http://www.spokesman.com/stories/2019/may/22/decades-after-a-divisive-groundbreaking-the-buildi/) which is now being considered for the National Register of Historic Places. I do like the new building (many historic buildings in Spokane were demolished and replaced by surface parking)
