How often do they spot one?

Looks like a perfect lair for a supervillain. You get there by taking an underground train to an underground station and then ride a ridiculously long elevator to the top. Or you could probably climb the mountain. Not sure which option Bond would choose. Whoever owns the place would obviously install some surface-to-air missiles to ensure that no one can get there by helicopter.

There is even an elevator to it.

How in the world do you build something like that? Simply getting the materials, crews, cranes, etc up there seems nearly impossible.
