So i was thinking to build couple of these fairly similar 18×18 cabins and rent out to people i own couple acres of land but my question is how much would it cost me to do legal and how to deal with inspections? the electricity will be from Solar Panels but not sure with the septic and water.

That’s a super local question. In some areas you can do most of the work by yourself, in others you can’t touch a thing and it all has to be done by contractors.

Have you found a resource on building A-frame cabins? I can’t find any info on rafter sizing or spacing. I know they’re supposed to be simple to build, but want to be sure I get the load bearing correct.
