Nice clean space, though I find the bar along the wall with stools a bit odd. Maybe for a small cafe, but in a home, that seems like misused space to me.
Curious what the flooring is exactly. Tile with really tiny grout lines? Sheet flooring product?
Is this a private home or a sort of boutique hotel/bed&breakfast/airbnb type place? Looked like card readers on all the door handles. Bar makes a bit more sense if this is something like that, giving different residents/renters space to separate.
