I feel like this was built in the alley between two buildings. Very cool.

What’s that top little landing for? Just a place to chill directly under the sunlight with a book or a laptop? I’d feel a bit sketchy dangling out there.

I can’t help but to feel that by not using a spiral staircases they wasted so much space.

Even a grand spiral would have brought back hundreds of square feet.
