You can spot a Gehry building from space 🙂

Originally called the Experience Music Project, I think it is supposed to represent a smashed guitar?

IIRC, Windows 7 had a photo of this building as one of the default wallpapers.

I had the chance to visit this building a few weeks ago when I was in Seattle and while I’m not a big fan of Ghery, I absolutely loved the interior. The odd curves create really interesting walls on the inside. I thought it was a very creative and almost surreal building.

This museum is the shit! It’s right underneath the Space Needle too if you want to pay $20 to see Seattle from a bit higher

I viewed Jimi Hendrix’s guitar from wood stock in this building. There were other things, but that blew everything else out of the water for me. Especially since I didn’t know I was going to see that walking in.

From the thumbnail I thought it looked like a spaceman holding a sword.
