Roman Robroek, an experienced urban explorer, captured the Italian castle on camera about three years ago and revealed the fact that although it was often referred to as abandoned, there were always willing volunteers who took care of it. However, he added that the volunteers who spent years trying to save what was left from the Moorish Revival abode were afraid for its future ever since it was put up for auction back in 2015.
