    I don’t like it but It looks like they went from seven floors to less than six. Probably making the forced air, electric, plumbing all enclosed, updated and legal .

    I looked up a little about it and There seems to be a lot of talk that the front is a facade added in the 80s? Anyone able to confirm.

    Hold on a minute. The old building doesn’t really look old at all, and the rear facade, which is actually historic, is retained in the new construction. Rear facade on Google maps.
