Reusing churches – east melbourne. I’ve noticed quite a few churches around the place are being converted into accomodation. This is one of the more…postmodern…examples. [3024 x 4032]
I actually really like the look of this! I saw this same kind of idea on r/bizarrebuildings the other day done in a really unappealing way so it’s nice to see it done better.

This is probably one of the better examples of retaining a facade for buildings.
At least they kept the roof line and kept the extension as a very minimal and blank extension. Leaving all detail for the old facade.
