Rangoon Government House: Established in 1885 as the seat of the British colonial government in Burma. Became the presidential residence post-independence before being demolished in 1985 after being damaged in an earthquake.

There are so many magnificent old buildings in Yangon. Sadly, most of them are in such a state of ruin they’ll fall down or be torn down in the next few years.
