Palace of the Parliament. With a greater volume than the Great Pyramid of Giza, it has 20 floors, 1100 rooms and is the heaviest building in the world. Multiple mountains were levelled to source materials to build it, and ten thousand homes were demolished to make room.

    World’s most expensive administrative building according to Wikipedia. Why doesn’t it surprise me that it’s in Romania? I honestly feel bad for the tax payers there
