For $85k/m I would expect it to look a bit better than that. What are effectively pricey pallets for coffee tables and to put the sofa on. Fake fire place’s are also kinda shit.

all i can think of is planing a party there. chicken satay with peanut and cucumber sauce, chilled white wine. skewered beef bbq with cabernet. and slow toasted s’more.
