If you’re going to pay many millions for a small home, you’d better get your money’s worth, hence tons of these. You don’t tend to see the same sort of housing for many millions in other cities.
Still the step onto the decking here would annoy me if I had the prerequisite millions. Wonder what it would have cost to raise it and get it all level with adequate drainage.
