    Cool looking but offices like this are hell for productivity. No boundaries, no sound proofing (opposite, in fact with the amplification and echos of those materials), etc.

    Open concept offices look cool but are worse for productivity than those with defined areas, plenty of conference rooms, plenty of private spaces.
