In a nutshell, this was a contest sponsored by the Welsh tourism board in 2017 to come up with unique mobile cabins to form a pop-up glamping hotel in different nice spots. They had to be themed on Welsh mythology and tradition. Eight teams competed for top honors and we see two in each of the four episodes.
As in this sub, the definition of "cabin" may get stretched a bit here, but it’s on theme so check it out.

Just discovered a UK Channel 4 mini-series on US Netflix called Cabins in the Wild with Dick Strawbridge.
"Engineer Dick Strawbridge and craftsman Will Hardie tour eight unique cabins built for a pop-up hotel in Wales, and construct No. 9 on their own."
