One of good influence of AH empire is theater culture, so there is one little but really good in my town. They have really good crew and everything. To bad ‘rona screw them up. They tried streaming old plays on youtube but it just isn’t the same…

To be fair, this particular design was really common in AH empire. Every major city has or had a theter like this.

I kind of miss this but you should know that there are many theaters in Budapest (and many National Theaters throughout the country for some reason) and most of us would prefer the choice to use metro than a charming old building which would be small for today’s public and would turn into a money sink.

Today there is no building in it’s place. The same spot today.
The new national theater at a different location in the city. (Finished in 2002)

Thanks God that Budapest has tonnes of theatres. Their theatre game is really strong. I know people that go from my town all the way there.
