Wow. My only suggestion is that she come to my place and redesign it…

A couple of things jump out for me. The portable ac behind the bush looks a bit off. And the entrance hall floor being higher than the TV unit – I’m imagining dirt/dust/shoes all going down onto that lower level.

I think she forgot to incorporate heating/cooling properly.

Hire her out as an interior designer.

Add in some darker colors, like a couch blanket or some throw pillows, maybe replace that white vase in the light shelf with something red or blue or black. Other than that I’m digging this beach thing it looks like she’s got going on lol

My thoughts, for what little they’re worth.
The room is small, so I would be inclined to ‘think small’ when it comes to furniture or built ins.
Don’t know if this is supposed to be a living room or not, but if it is, people can’t really face each other and chat, so it is effectively a theater (for a small number of people; no sure if small leg of couch gets a good view).
I find it hard to imagine a party or gathering there. Say, playing games around the table.
What if the seating and coffee table were narrower (projected less into room), and there were small mobile ottomans or poufs on the TV side and window side of the table to provide more face-to-face seating? In addition to being broad, the couch has a lot of room between the vertical cushion and the wall. Why? This looks like lost space to me.
The narrowness of the room is an issue. Does the low TV shelf constrict it too much? Could the electronics be put on shelves or the wall, to open the flow more (and allow more room for those poufs)?

Why the portable A/C? I’m American, and ours are normally built in or window units.

Having that shelf blocking your view of the room when you walk in seems really annoying. Why not lower it down to ground level so you don’t have entryway dust going all throughout the house? That way you can see into the house when you walk in too.
