    We stayed in this castle recently. It is a bit run down, but the price is reasonable (£40 a night) and there are huge gardens to walk through. I can post more drone pictures if anyone is interested.

    I’m always a little confused when castles don’t have defense walls and have windows but I was schooled in the USA lol so what do I know

    Sometimes Czech castles also have unimpressive names. Just from the top of my head Trosky (ruins), Loket (elbow), Houska (a type of pastry), Kost (bone).
