That’s pretty cool! It reminds me of the monument to Matija Gubec, also in Croatia. There’s a big statue of him with his arms outstretched, and to either side there are winged panels depicting the peasant uprising he led. These buildings curling or to either side remind me of those panels.

Wasn’t this used as an album cover? I’m trying to think of the album and it’s driving me crazy.
Edit: Just remembered it was Unknown Mortal Orchestra for their self titled release.
