I get the appeal of real books, but I find digital devices so much more convenient. I doubt that the trees grown for wood pulp offset the entire carbon footprint of books from tree, to manufacturing, ink, transportation, storage, to landfill, or wherever the books end up.
It’s time to give up physical books for most purposes.

That tree’s gonna look great once it gains some of its height back (I can tell it had to be cut down from a larger tree) if they cloud-prune it (similar to a bonsai) as it grows it’ll be a majestic centerpiece!

I love the building but hate the tree. You shoudn´t take a more than 100 (usually more) years old olive tree from mediterranean climate to ~~Amsterdam~~ Rotterdam. I´m sure there is a more acclimatised tree for that weather. This has no sense in enviroments terms
