My husband and I visited in the wintertime on our honeymoon. Eguisheim in mid-January was a dream. Even though nearly everything was closed, the quiet empty streets added to the magic. Didn’t make it all the way to the towers as the path was too icy to drive up and hike, but we spent some time in the surrounding forest and it felt like a fairytale.
