    if it’s not obvious, this is a proposal. This hasn’t been built. I would be surprised if the land owner paid for this, but i guess I don’t know how real estate works in kazakhstan.

    im pretty sure the way its shaped is due to a superstition (possibly from china but i’m unsure) that buildings with holes in them let out evil spirits and the hole is most likely based off of that
