A word of caution (not the poster of the beautiful image of course!!) – the real estate market in Miami is a hotbed of real estate fraud. It has been shown that some of their agents are actually trying to sell properties to criminals.
If you are interested in buying an expensive Miami home, I strongly recommend that you contact your real estate agent and inquire about the property’s ownership status. In one case the agents were found to be selling a home whose owner and real estate agent were not even authorized to own the property.
The agents also purchased an extremely expensive home that had a title that was in dispute on multiple occasions. The homeowner owned the property for 15 years without a title and that is the real point of interest here. In the last couple of years the agents have been trying to sell homes for the first time, but the owner has refused to sell the house.
The sometimes even tried to sell a home that had been foreclosed on!!!

The sink faucet ruins it. I hate two-handle faucets with a passion, we invented thermostats for a reason, people!

All of those places could be mistaken for any of each other. They are all mostly stark white and so internationally bland. Also none showed the laundry area. This is the place that’s used a lot but rarely given much thought to as far as practicality of clothes drying that doesn’t go in the tumble dryer. Or where to set up a good sized ironing board. But the stark white was a bit depressing after a while.
