This looks like the kind of rooms I used to dream up as a kid.
I used to be critical of renders presented as real rooms because they usually displayed impossible features that could not be attained in real life. In renders, all things are possible because none of of the rules of nature, gravity, safety, building codes, and sometimes taste need apply.
Nowadays I look at a render like this and see freedom from those rules within an alternate (virtual) reality where you can hang out in a room like this in VR without having to build a billionaire oligarch’s palace in real life.
I’d love to have this room as a VR Enviro, preferably with the options turn the infinity pool wave motion and fire pit features on/off (with accompanying sound effects). I could easily map my own living room sectional to the ones shown and flip views depending on whether I want to watch the water or watch a movie.

i hate this cheap 90ies looking marble floor and the cheap early 2000 looking light under the couch.
All thats missing is a white porcellain dog and a golden sphinx for the perfect russian or american tasteless mansion.

And its a bad photoshop work too.
