It is sad how many of these buildings we lost in Seattle. The International District still has some, but for a city with a long history…it doesn’t show as much as I’d like it to.
It wouldn’t be quite so bad if it wasn’t demolished for a car park.
Chattanooga has a couple of buildings that resemble this one. I think they’re gorgeous and interesting.
