For clarity’s sake the title is *slightly* sensationalized. There’s still a handful of stores there, but the place probably has more homeless than shoppers.

It’s pretty sad to see how badly the property management company screwed this place up. In my opinion, it started going bad when they changed the payment structure for parking in order to increase revenues. Why would you go shop somewhere where, if you’re not very careful, you might end up paying $2/15 minutes to park?

When did it start becoming abandoned? Pretty sure I was there in 2010.

Holy fuck I’ve been there. I still have a pair of Quiksilver shorts from one of the stores. (from MN)

Closed down?! When did this happen, I lived there as recently as a handful of years ago.

Tucson, AZ had a similar development that just got torn down.

I feel like some scenes from the 40 year old virgin were filmed here.

If you’re really quiet and listen closely you can hear a who.

Not abandoned. Not even that bizarre. It’s a cool looking place just not much business.

Looks like a parkour dude’s wet dream

Last time I was there was like 5 years ago and it was bustling with life. Had no idea it was abandoned now.
