I was friends with a member of the Von Kerkerink family when I was younger, and I got to visit and stay in this castle. The pictures in the room I was supposed to sleep in were creepy, and the family has ghost stories about that particular room, so I slept on the floor in my friend’s room. They always say that it is a house and not a castle, but it has a moat, so I am calling it a castle. Picture source here.
