Wow, how is something like this even accomplished I wonder? I’ve heard of adding a level but never removing one, haha. I assume it was for the benefit of the building on the left.

Apparently it was due to a fire. At least it’s not a parking lot.

I always thought they should rebuild the upper portion. Better paint job back then, too.
