Just got back from Italy last Saturday. The place is lousy with hill top castles, medieval villages replete with picturesque towers and beautiful views throughout. Throw in the great food and delicious wine, and it’s a sensory overload waiting to happen. It’s good to be back in the US, to resume dieting and gym time….
