When fire blows out of the windows of one unit it will be able to threaten the unit above right from the bottom with nowhere to place ladders and a layout that will confuse the fuck out of firemen.

I like brutalism when it has big windows and skylights and balconies etc., my main issue is when the windows are tiny and let in no natural light.

My main question is but why would someone build something like that??? What’s it supposed to evoke……the set for a post apocalyptic dystopian novel?
