    One of Detroit’s most iconic, and well preserved historic buildings. A very significant building for the skyline and for Art Deco architecture in general. Art Deco for life.

    Rowland was a lead designer at the firm Smith, Hinchman & Grylls, which today is known as SmithGroup.
