    I really hate this house lol. I feel like it must be the way they did the windows in the Mansard Roof, but it just feels offputting

    Usually I’m sad about stuff like this but this house was just ugly. IMO, of course.

    What would this style be called, Italianate Gothic? I agree it’s hideous but I would also love to live in it.

    These kind of houses in the US never seem to last.. is it fashion and rapid changes in cities, or is it more that they were not well constructed and it was easier and cheaper to build anew over repair?

    Honestly I’m surprised that anything this interesting looking wasn’t banned by LDS outright. It’s certainly as energetic as any caffeinated drink.
