Octopus_Uprising says It’s an amazing room for sure. But… I’m not sure this space is really being used properly. Personally, I’d fill it with several large beautiful palm trees… maybe some vines, etc… Maybe even add a hot tub! And definitely a large screen display, or projector of some sort. Essentially, I’d try to transform it into a tropical oasis in the middle of NY city, which would be especially awesome during the winter months. (Maybe add a few live parrots living in the oasis, as well?!)
