    Sadly there are still a lot of buildings like that in Germany. They have a scary atmosphere around them.

    Im a fan of brutalism, I like the idea that public buildings should not waste tax money but instead their only use should be to serve the public.

    But this… I can do without. And to know that the rest of Stuttgart doesn’t look much better to this day!
