Dunnottor Castle, Aberdeen, Scotland. A most storied and (even more ;)) dramatically positioned castle.

We visited this castle last year and it was incredible. I can’t wait to go back.

Bram Stoker apparently stayed here when he was writing Dracula.

This is still my tablet screensaver. I truly LOVED this castle and was so psyched walking down across the stairs to the gate.

This castle was treacherous. Someone got hurt in there when i visited and the ambulance couldn’t reach, so a helicopter had to come to evacuate the injured. Then when we were leaving the castle, it started to rain LIKE HELL, and well, you see the path has nowhere to cover… we reached the bus stop totally soaked. It’s a pity, because if we had stayed in the castle waiting for the rain to stop, i could have shared here a wonderful pic of Dunnottar with a rainbow 😀
