It’s L’Hôtel de la Concorde in Québec City, Canada. Just a little bit outside the amazing walled downtown, and it overlooks the Plains If Abraham.

It’s the foot of our soon to be Giant Robot Overlord. They are building every part of it in different locations and disguising them as buildings. When construction is complete, all parts shall join together and for our overlord.
